Our house sleeps 6 with three bedrooms (all upstairs) and oil fired central heating in all rooms as well as Wifi.

Bed linen, towels, beach towels, hair dryer, electricity and cleaning are all included in the price of your stay.

There is no cot or high chair but these can be provided on request (travel cot available without bedding).
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house (there are hard-wired smoke alarms installed throughout for your safety). Please feel free to relax in the garden…

We are located in a quiet residential area and are not able to take hen/stag parties or group bookings for anyone aged under 25years. We live close by and are available to ‘meet and greet you on arrival’ or to call in and say “bonjour”. We can be contacted to assist you with any queries.
